Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 1 month after the error is discovered.

Disclaimer of error

We reserve the right for stock errors, printing errors and price errors. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order after we have informed the buyer of this.

Please note that all our items are sewn from recycled textiles. You will often be able to see that the material has been used. Therefore, we ask you to consider whether it is a complaint.

We see these signs of use as unique and a sign of the history the fabric has with it. We therefore hope that you can also see the uniqueness and beauty in the fabric's imperfect appearance and the history it carries with it.


We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the webshop accurately reflect the colors that the products actually have. How the colors are rendered depends on the settings on your computer.


We do not accept returned goods that have been sent back without contacting byLi beforehand.


  • Make sure you return the package to our return address. Otherwise, it will affect the processing of your return.
  • You must ensure that the goods are packed properly, as you yourself are responsible for the contents of the package until we counter it.
  • Make sure to include a note with the order number, copy of the invoice or other documentation for your purchase
